Cancellation, Returns, & Shipping Disclosure
Cancelation of orders can only be done within the first 48 hours, as after that, the payment has already been processed, and your order is in process. This DOES include pre-orders. Pre-orders take time to receive, but they are considered in-process 48 hours after the order.
We do accept exchanges and returns for store credit within the first 30 days. This includes pre-orders, as we order the amount of the item based on pre-orders. Please note that pre-orders on special edition books have an estimated timeline and often take longer by 2-4 weeks due to printing timelines. Please contact email@example.com to begin the process of a refund.
Wicked Whimsy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package was lost or stolen, you may open a claim with the shipping carrier.
In the event it was a Wicked Whimsy error (i.e. wrong address input by our staff), then Wicked Whimsy will replace the items.
