Cancellation, Returns, & Shipping Disclosure
Cancelation of orders can only be done within the first 48 hours, as after that the payment has already been processed and your order is in process. This DOES include pre-orders. Pre-orders take time.
We do accept exchanges and returns for store credit within the first 30 days. Please contact info@wickedwhimsyboutique.com to begin this process.
Wicked Whimsy not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package was lost or stolen, you may open a claim with the shipping carrier.
In the event it was a Wicked Whimsy error (ie wrong address input by our staff) then Wicked Whimsy Will replace the items.
